What are the benefits of renting a VPS in Czech?
Pricing for VPS in the Czech Republic is highly competitive, with monthly plans that offer various resources, such as CPU cores, storage space, and bandwidth. This makes it suitable for local and worldwide businesses looking to host their services reliably. Additionally, customer service is often based locally, ensuring technical issues are resolved quickly.
For those who need help with command-line setups, managed plans take actions to ensure smooth operations. Cloud hosting is another popular option for those seeking easy expansion and scalability, offering up-to-date software and system updates. Rights to access the VPS are reserved entirely for you, giving full control over your management panel, configurations, and actions performed on the server.
No matter what your needs are, from basic hosting to advanced cloud solutions, a VPS in the Czech Republic can offer the perfect balance of performance and cost.
When should you rent a server in Czech?
When selecting a VPS in the Czech Republic, you’ll find that many companies offer the best options for various needs, whether for managed or unmanaged solutions. A key feature of VPS hosting is that it allows you to choose the number of cores you require, making it ideal for scalability. For systems requiring advanced management, cpanel and other control panels are available, simplifying server administration.
The internet infrastructure in the Czech Republic is modern, with up-to-date technologies ensuring reliable connectivity. Hosting providers often include integration with Cloudflare to protect your website from attacks, ensuring your private data remains secure. These plans are designed with technical flexibility, allowing you to install whatever core components you need. Whether you’re working with basic or advanced setups, the VPS environment supports multiple configurations.

What processors and virtualization are used on the servers?
All our servers use Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPUs and KVM virtualization.
What is prohibited on the server? Are there any restrictions on sending emails?
Our servers prohibit the following activities:
- Spam (including forum and blog spam, etc.) and any network activity that may lead to IP address blacklisting (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.).
- Hacking websites and searching for their vulnerabilities (including SQL injection).
- Port scanning and vulnerability scanning, brute-forcing passwords.
- Creating phishing websites on any port.
- Distributing malware (by any means) and engaging in fraudulent activities.
- Violating the laws of the country where your server is located.
To prevent spam, outgoing connections on TCP port 25 are blocked in some locations. This restriction can be lifted by completing an identity verification procedure. Additionally, in some locations, outgoing connections on port 25 may be blocked by datacenter administrators if the server sends an abnormally large number of email messages.
For successful and secure email sending, we recommend using secure protocols on ports 465 or 587. There are no such restrictions on these ports.
To ensure the quality and security of our services, we employ continuous monitoring of network activities and guarantee a rapid response to any violations. Maintaining a secure connection and protecting our servers and websites from abuse is our top priority.
I didn't receive the email with the server details. What should I do?
The main reason might be that the email address was entered incorrectly during registration. If the email address is correct, please check your SPAM folder. In any case, you can always find the server details in the control panel under the Virtual Servers section - Instructions. Additionally, you can connect to the server via VNC using the local web console, which includes all necessary access information.
How can I get a discount?
We periodically run various promotions during which you can purchase a server at a discount. To stay updated on all promotions, subscribe to our Telegram channel. Additionally, we’ll extend your server rental period if you leave a review about us. Read more about the “Free Server for a Review” promotion.
I forgot to pay/renew the service. What should I do?
Dedicated server and VDS rental services that are not renewed for the next period are automatically blocked. The self-service system (billing) indicates the end date of the service. Exactly at 00:00 on the specified day (GMT+5), the service is either renewed for the next period (if auto-renewal is enabled in the service properties and the necessary amount is available on the account balance), or the service is blocked.
Services automatically blocked by the self-service system (billing) are deleted after a certain period. For VDS and dedicated servers, the deletion period is 3 days (72 hours) from the moment the service is blocked. After this period, the service is deleted (the hard drives of dedicated servers are formatted, VDS disk images are deleted, and IP addresses are marked as free). Dedicated servers and VDS blocked for significant violations of service terms (spam, botnets, prohibited content, illegal activities) may be deleted within 12 hours from the moment of service termination.
To avoid these issues, we recommend setting up auto-renewal and ensuring you have sufficient funds in your account. Our platform accepts various payment methods, including credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer, providing a fast and convenient way to manage your payments. If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our support team. We are a global provider committed to delivering perfect and cost-effective products and services to our customers.
