Fair Use Policy (FUP)
All VPS/VDS services are provided with unmetered traffic, subject to this Fair Use Policy.
General Terms
Servers are connected to the network via 1G / 10G uplinks.
Available bandwidth is shared and dynamically distributed among all customers (shared bandwidth).
Short-term traffic bursts are permitted; however, continuous utilization of the port at maximum capacity is not intended.
Acceptable Use
- standard VPS workloads
- web hosting
- private VPN services
- video conferencing
- private CDN and file distribution services
Restrictions
The services may not be used for workloads that generate sustained high bandwidth usage, including but not limited to:
- public VPN services with high traffic volume
- torrent seedboxes / mass data distribution
- TOR exit nodes
- other high-bandwidth services with continuous port saturation
Additional Terms
- Inbound traffic is not billed
- Limitations apply to bandwidth utilization, not total data transfer volume
- In case of usage exceeding the intended service profile, the company reserves the right to adjust the service plan or modify service conditions
Resource Upgrade Options
For workloads requiring sustained high bandwidth usage, the following options are available:
- extended bandwidth (extended port)
- dedicated servers (bare metal)
Full (100%) port utilization is only permitted on dedicated resources.
