In order to prevent spam, on some of the locations outgoing connections in 25 TCP port are blocked by default. This restriction could be lifted, if you pass KYC (Know Your Customer) procedure. Also, on some other locations outgoing connections on 25 port could be blocked by data-center network administrators, if the server sends out anomally big quantity of e-mail messages.

For successful and secure e-mail messaging we recommend using secure protocol which employs 465 or 587 port. For these ports, there are no such restrictions.

And, of course, there is our abuse policy, which prohibits spam, phishing and all kinds of unsolicited e-mail.

It is prohibited on our servers:

• Spam (including spam on forums, blogs, etc.) and any activity that may lead to blacklisting of the IP address (BlockList.de, SpamHaus, StopForumSpam, SpamCop, etc.).
• Hacking sites and searching for their vulnerabilities (including sql-inj).
• Scanning ports and vulnerabilities, brute-force password selection.
• Creation of phishing sites on any port.
• Distribution of malware (by any means) and fraud.
• Violation of the laws of the country in which the server you are using is located.

We are provide 100 mbps unguaranteed channel for each VPS. Real speed depends on hardware node channels load, but minimal - is near 30mbps

All our servers are work on Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU, KVM (Kernel-base Virtual Machine).

Dedicated servers and VDS which are not renewed for the next period are automatically suspended by management system. In the self-service portal specified due date of each service. It is at 00 hours 00 minutes of the due date ( GMT+5) service is extended for the next period (with automatic renewal enabled in the service properties and the required amount is available in the user’ account). Otherwise service is suspended.

Services automatically blocked by the management system are automatically deleted after a certain time. For VPS and dedicated servers the service deletion period is 3 days (72 hours) since the service was suspended. After the specified period, the service is competely removed (hard disks of dedicated servers are wiped out, VDS disk images are deleted, IP addresses are set as unused). Services and accounts suspended due to significant violation of the terms of service (spamming, botnets, forbidden content, illegal actions) can be removed within 12 hours after shutdown of specified server.
