To prevent spam, outgoing connections on TCP port 25 are blocked in some locations. This restriction can be lifted by completing an identity verification procedure. For successful and secure email sending, we recommend using secure protocols on ports 465 or 587. There are no such restrictions on these ports.

Dedicated server and VDS rental services that are not renewed for the next period are automatically blocked. The self-service system (billing) indicates the end date of the service. Exactly at 00:00 on the specified day (GMT+5), the service is either renewed for the next period (if auto-renewal is enabled in the service properties and the necessary amount is available on the account balance), or the service is blocked.

Services automatically blocked by the self-service system (billing) are deleted after a certain period. For VDS and dedicated servers, the deletion period is 3 days (72 hours) from the moment the service is blocked. After this period, the service is deleted (the hard drives of dedicated servers are formatted, VDS disk images are deleted, and IP addresses are marked as free). Dedicated servers and VDS blocked for significant violations of service terms (spam, botnets, prohibited content, illegal activities) may be deleted within 12 hours from the moment of service termination.
