Our services involve the provisioning of non-tangible, digital goods (such as virtual private servers and related hosting infrastructure), which are typically non-refundable once activated or delivered.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only possible from the available account balance. Funds already used for active or delivered services cannot be refunded.

A refund request may be considered if:

• You request a refund from the unused balance of your account.
• No violations of applicable law or network policies are involved.
• You follow the verification and documentation process outlined below.

How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

1. Complete and sign the official Request for Agreement Termination and Money Back form.
2. Provide a scan of your identity document (such as a valid passport).
3. Submit the above documents through the ticket system in your account control panel.

Please note: Refunds are not possible without completing these steps.

Processing Time

• Refund requests are processed within 3 business days from the moment all required documents are received.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payment method, and only from the remaining account balance.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• If services have already been activated, delivered, or consumed.
• If there are violations of our Terms of Service, applicable laws, or network usage policies.
• If the request is not accompanied by the required documentation.
